What types of colored contact lenses are there?
This site carries one-day and one-month color contact lenses, both with and without prescription.
Are there any precautions I should take when using colored contact lenses for the first time?
If you are using contact lenses for the first time, be sure to consult an ophthalmologist and receive instructions on proper use and precautions. Also, read the instructions carefully before use to make sure you understand the correct way to put them on and take them off.
Do colored contact lenses have any adverse effects on the eyes?
The color contact lenses sold on this website are only those whose safety has been confirmed. However, they may not be suitable for some individuals depending on their eye condition, so if you experience any discomfort, please discontinue use immediately and consult an ophthalmologist.
Regarding delivery
Please tell me how many days it will take for delivery.
Normally, your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days after it has been confirmed. The number of days it takes to deliver your order will vary depending on the region of your destination, but it will generally be delivered within 1-2 days after it has been shipped.
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping fee is a flat rate of 250 yen. For remote islands, a shipping fee of 500 yen will be charged.
Can I track my delivery status?
Yes, we will provide you with a tracking number in the confirmation email we send you after your order has been shipped, which you can use to track your order on the carrier's website.
Returns and Exchanges
Can I return or exchange the product?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after the product has been opened. If the product is defective, please contact customer support.
Is there a deadline for returns and refunds?
We will only accept returns and refunds on unopened and unused products if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the product is defective or we sent the wrong product, we will cover the shipping costs. If the product is returned for personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Can I change my payment method after placing an order?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the payment method after an order has been confirmed. If you need to change the method, please cancel your order and place it again.
Can I issue a receipt?
Yes, we can issue electronic receipts to those who wish. Please select the option when ordering, or request an electronic receipt from your My Page.
